We were treated with respect and dealt with in a professional manner, being greeted by a lovely gentleman from their sales team.
Their sales people were patient and took the time to explain different options. We were shown several cars and quickly found one that we liked. The finance was sorted out with attention to detail along with the part exchange. I felt under no pressure to make a decision but I was really impressed with the car because it ticked all our boxes.

Best experience of buying a Car just because Laurence made it easy with his best service. We booked the car on the same day of taking test drive. He made the buying process very simple and we owned our first car in the UK before leaving the Liverpool Car Center. He also made sure to make our day special during the Car delivery by decorating the vehicle with balloons and Teddy as it was my Wedding Anniversary Week and the car was a gift for my wife. I would simple recommend Liverpool Car Center and Laurence if you wish to buy your car as he also gave us Car Accessories, Breakdown Cover and Warranty and made sure we are happily satisfied with it purchase !!

Everything from looking for my car and getting the deal sorted was one of the easiest and smoothest one I have had so far, Laurence at the car centre liverpool couldn't of helped me even more if he tried. Went down Sunday morning to see if a car was available that I had seen and was greeted by Lawrence who let me take the car for a test drive.

When I got back he gave me plenty of information about the car (previous owners, MOT history, any servicing, etc) and told me more about the services they offered in a professional and non-pushy manner that made me feel very comfortable in purchasing my car from LCC.

The process of purchasing the car was made very simple by him as he helped me understand what the process involved adn what was expected of me and kept me informed about the MOT and servicing and when I could expect to take the car home with me.

He also helped me sort out the tax for the car and gave me plenty of information regarding the warranty, breakdown cover, and that I could come to him with any questions.

Not that I plan on buying another car any time soon, but I can say with confidence that I would most definitely be looking here first for my next one!

Went down Sunday morning to see if a car was available that I had seen and was greeted by Lawrence who let me take the car for a test drive.

When I got back he gave me plenty of information about the car (previous owners, MOT history, any servicing, etc) and told me more about the services they offered in a professional and non-pushy manner that made me feel very comfortable in purchasing my car from LCC.

The process of purchasing the car was made very simple by him as he helped me understand what the process involved adn what was expected of me and kept me informed about the MOT and servicing and when I could expect to take the car home with me.

He also helped me sort out the tax for the car and gave me plenty of information regarding the warranty, breakdown cover, and that I could come to him with any questions.

Not that I plan on buying another car any time soon, but I can say with confidence that I would most definitely be looking here first for my next one!

I was looking for a new car and came across Liverpool car centre, when going through the web site I found a car that interested me.
My wife and I went to see the car and was met by a salesman with the bigest smile I have ever seen and it was Laurence.
Laurence and I had a talk and then I asked for the keys to the car we went and had a look around the car, we were left to look at the car without any pressure from Laurence . The condition of the car was excellent and made our mind up that it was the car we wanted.
We went back to the show room and again Laurence was the most helpful person and quick on explaining everything about the paperwork that was to be filled in and his profeshilisom came through.
I signed for the car and collected the car two days later.
The service we received was next to none by all the staff.

Dealt with the lads for the second time (so good I had to return!!), test drove the car on Sunday and picked the car up on Tuesday. What a great experience we had at Liverpool Car Centre, we had visited many local car showrooms and were put off by the "Arthur Daley "pushy sales behaviour. We were met by a member of the team who was a all round nice guy who wanted you to get the best deal for the car you wanted. He went above and beyond to help us, he was even great with the kids. My advice to anyone buying a car don't believe that the big car dealers are the the best it's the family run car dealerships that you get the best individualised care and attention, also the best cars.

Test drove the car out of working hours due to commitments but Laurence offered to do a test drive on a time that suited me. This was on Friday, I sorted my finance on the Saturday and the car was ready by Monday evening. Bearing in mind the car only came to Laurence on the Thursday so no valet, service or MOT had been done. This is the best service I have ever received in any type of encounter.

I had been looking for a car of this size and performance for some time. I didn't really think that I would get one within my budget, an then up popped this gorgeous Volvo. I enquired on line on Monday, had a test drive on Tuesday and it was mine by Wednesday lunch time. The service I received was first class and I would recommend Liverpool car centre to anybody. Lawrence was down to earth but professional throughout the process. Nice coffee too.! I will definitely consider them again next time I buy a vehicle.

He talked me through the car I was interested in and we sat down to discuss a deal, one that I was extremely happy with. There was no pushy sales tactics, just honest, good professionalism. When I picked the car up it was spotless, fully serviced and I got a full run through of the features by another salesman. Excellent service and would highly recommend. I will be back in the future.

I am not a browser Nor am I a 'shopper'. I research and when have gathered what I think is enough information to make an informed choice I make a short list of makes, proximity and price. Very often when I go to buy a car, I find my knowledge of the make and model is greater than that of the salesman. My experience at Liverpool Car Centre however was refreshingly different. John Durkin was relaxed, a former mechanic. with a knowledge only such a practical background can provide? John did not talk in glib cliché ridden sentences to mask innate insincerity, but with genuine warmth, concern and humour. The whole process could not of been easier, nor more simple? and certainly less stressful?

Been in a few times and was greeted by Laurence who asked what i was looking for, price range any vehicles in particular and as I'm in the army I'm away a lot so it was difficult to get the ball rolling but this weekend i finally managed to get my new car and i couldn't be happier, the guys here are so organised and amazingly quick in getting the car you are after, i now have family members looking to buy from there and i have also passed Liverpool car centre on to fellow soldiers who live near by, would definitely use again in the future
